The Latest Update

11/5/09 - We've added to our team! "E komo mai" to Renee Rogers, the newest addition to Christies by the Sea. Take a look at the About Our Team page for an introduction.

11/1/09 - Some quick MLS data: September condo sales = 388 units. September single family home sales = 287 units. Given the current listings, that brings Oahu very close to the "stable" 6 months of inventory.

9/14/09 - New photos of the Trump Tower Waikiki have been posted on our Trump Tower page.

8/11/09 - The Trump Tower Waikiki is nearly finished and Carol

was invited to attend the gathering of owners, builders, press and VIP's to get the latest news...and guess who she ran into? Say "Hi" to Donald Trump, Jr.

7/31/09 - Carol got to visit the new Trump Tower Waikiki model and added some great photos to our Trump Tower page.

6/4/09 - We've added an extenisve Virtual Tour of the Trump Tower Waikiki with views of several different floor plans.

NEW - Virtual Tours!

That's right, more and better views of properties in paradise. We've added a new camera to our toolbox and can show you expanded 180-degree photos that you can cruise around in with your computer mouse. We have a Ko'olani Tour as an example with photos of the amenities and grounds and you can also tour any of our listings from within that window by clicking on "View All My Listings" or from each individual listing in our Featured Listings section.

IDX is here! Feel free to browse our new MLS Search page (it may take a second to load on slower internet connections). Whether you're searching Oahu, Lanai, Maui, Molokai, Kauai or the Big Island, all the information available through the Honolulu Board of Realtors is easy to find on our MLS Search page, so browse at your leisure. No, we don't require you to enter any information into a form to just look around, but we'd love to hear from you. If you click the Tell Us About You link, you can give us your name and email address and any information you'd like to pass on to us.

This great tool not only provides data, but also has maps, satellite images and all sorts of great features. You can even set yourself up for daily updates on the kind of property that you're looking for...just set up your search and click on the "Daily Hot Listings" to make the computer do your searching for you.
